5 things I love about Apple
by Kevin Partner on 21st July, 2008
- The ipod Touch. A thing of beauty: the first device to “wow” me in a long time (until the Wii)
- The Macbook. Can look a bit like a scratched toy after long use and expensive but lovely.
- Keynote. Everything Powerpoint should have been.
- iTunes. Yes, I hate the constant updating and I truly hate having to update Quicktime each time but iTunes is a great example of software and hardware working together
- Superiority. By this I mean that the amount of smugness exhibited by some Mac users makes me feel all warm and secure inside. You see, I use a nice looking, ultra fast computer with tons of memory, loads of storage and a quick graphics card. It’s a joy. It’s a PC. It cost me £450. No, I didn’t leave a one off the front of that price. That’s why I didn’t go for the undeniably beautiful iMac.
